How To Remove Sweat Stains From Your White Clothes?

Dealing with sweat stains isn’t fun – especially when they are on your favourite white shirt. Thankfully, removing those stains is a lot easier than you might think. All you need are a few natural ingredients to remove the sweat yellowish stains!

What You Need?

In order to remove those annoying sweat stains, you would need 240 ml of vinegar, 480 ml of water, some baking soda, a tablespoon of salt, and a tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide!

How To Remove The Stains?

Soak the clothing item that has sweat stains on it in a bowl filled with vinegar and warm water for around 30 minutes.

Then in a small bowl mix the baking soda, the salt, and the hydrogen peroxide. You want to create a paste. Remove the garment from the vinegar and squeeze it until it’s slightly damp.

Continue with covering the affected area with your baking soda paste. The baking soda and the salt will lift the stain while the hydrogen peroxide will whiten the area. This is why they work so well when combined!

After 25 minutes, rinse the area and remove the paste. See whether the stain is gone. If it isn’t – apply some more of the paste and let it sit. If the stain is gone – throw the garment in your washing machine and launder as usual!
